These Terms govern your use of mymayara.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by MayAra LLC (“MayAra”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@mymayara.com. We are the seller of the products you buy on the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is used for fraud or abuse.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We email you an order confirmation, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch the product or send a dispatch notice. We may decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for reasons such as stock, suspected fraud, a pricing or product-information error, or inability to ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before tax and shipping unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. We make every effort to display correct prices and product information, but errors can happen. If we discover a clear pricing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and by placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card number.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us. Ownership of the product passes to you when we receive full payment and the product is delivered.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
We describe products using information from manufacturers and suppliers, and we do our best to keep it accurate. Colours, sizes and materials may differ slightly from images or descriptions because of screens and batches. Eco Grades are our own classification, based on the information we have, and are not a government, third-party, medical or safety certification. Environmental descriptions refer only to the specific attribute stated. Please read product labels, instructions and warnings before use

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY A MANUFACTURER OR REQUIRED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO PART OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD.
You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to use; interfere with the Site’s security or operation; use bots, scrapers or automated means to collect data or place orders; place fraudulent orders or abuse our return process; resell products in breach of law; or post harmful, defamatory, infringing or misleading content. You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of law, to the extent permitted by law.
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is yours, truthful and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it on the Site and in our marketing. We will not publish your content in our marketing under your name without your permission. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. We do not pay for, or condition any benefit on, positive reviews.
The Site, its text, graphics, logos, Eco Grade system and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content or marks for any other purpose without written permission. Third-party names, brands and images belong to their owners.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
The Site may link to other sites, and we use third parties such as payment providers, carriers and suppliers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier or supplier delays, severe weather, strikes, fire, flood, public-health measures, power or internet failures, war, terrorism or government action. Where an order is affected, we will tell you and offer options as set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a claim, please email us at support@mymayara.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. For use of the Site, continued use after an update means you accept it. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor. We may give notices to you by email or by posting on the Site.
We aim for the Site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you have difficulty using any part of it, email us and we will help.
