Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Marketing choices

We send marketing email only to people who sign up or otherwise agree. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us. Order and service emails will still be sent. We do not send marketing text messages.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing support@mymayara.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required to keep, such as order and tax records. If you live in a state whose law gives you additional privacy rights, such as California, those rights apply to the extent the law covers us, and you may use an authorised agent. If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will not penalise you for exercising a privacy right. We aim to reply within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including order records for up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons, and then delete or de-identify it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and a reputable payment provider. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where your information is processed

We operate from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our suppliers, carriers and service providers operate, which may have different privacy laws.

Third-party sites

Our site may link to other sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version with its date. If a change is significant, we will give notice in a reasonable way, such as by email or a banner.
