Orders over $1000 that are entirely returned will incur a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are contingent upon items arriving in their original packaging and condition.
Gift receipt exchanges must occur within 30 days from the original purchase date.
MayAra is not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking for returns.
