Return Window
Items purchased may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact webstore@mymayara.com.
Restocking Fee
Orders totaling over $1000 that are entirely returned will incur a 25% restocking fee to cover the time, cost, and labor involved.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition.
Gift Receipt Exchanges
Gift receipt exchanges must occur within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Shipping Costs and Unsuccessful Deliveries
Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Return Shipping Advice
We advise sending returned packages using a reliable carrier with tracking to the address provided by Mayara. Ensure sufficient care and materials are used to prevent damage during transit. Mayara does not assume responsibility for items that arrive damaged or packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Refund Processing
Once items are received by Mayara, refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Funds are typically available within 1-2 business days.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, please contact webshop@mymayara.com. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you by email.
Once received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 1-2 business days.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Ensure your package is properly labeled and declare it as a return to avoid additional charges. Mayara is not responsible for any additional customs fees or delays.
Dropshipping Considerations
Since Mayara uses a dropshipping model, some items may need to be returned to the original supplier. Detailed instructions will be provided upon contacting customer service.
